What's the difference
between a good kitchen and a kitchen that doesn't work for people?
On many projects, the
answer involves big and expensive appliances, granite tops, in short,
bigness in many guises. That's all fine, but to me there are other
things that are more important: light, a simple compact but efficient
layout, a couch in the corner to sit and read the paper on.
